Purchaser agrees to the following:

1.Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop research laboratory or similar facility. It is not to be turned over to any humane facility or other facility, but to be offered back to Seller by Purchaser.

2. This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.

3. This cat or kitten is purchased for Pet____ Breeding____Show_____.

4. If purchased as a pet, Purchaser agrees to castrate or spay this cat between the ages of three and seven months or within 30 days after purchasing if this is an adult cat, and agrees to guarantee this cat or kitten WILL NOT be used for stud or breeding.

5. If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Seller, unconditionally.

6. Seller agrees to provide pedigree and registration papers for this cat or kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian’s certificate of castrating or spaying. Yes____ No____

9. If this cat is purchased as a breeder male, Purchaser agrees not to use this cat for outside stud service. When the Purchaser is done using this cat for breeding, he is to be neutered and not resold as a breeder, unless written permission is given by the Seller. This cat is also not to be leased out without written permission from the Seller.

10. If this cat is purchased as a breeder female, when the Purchaser is done using this female as a breeder she is to be spayed and not resold as a breeder unless written permission is given by the Seller. This cat is also not to be leased out without written permission from the Seller.

11. If this cat is sold as a breeding animal it is to be offered back to the Seller before spaying or neutering.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

The cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time. It is recommended that the new cat/kitten be in quarantine during this time. If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another kitten/cat of equal value or the purchase price will be refunded. If no replacement is available at that time, seller will have 6 months to furnish a satisfactory replacement.  My breeder cats are guaranteed to be fertile as adults, given sufficient time and opportunity

The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and /or if it has been exposed to another cat which has not been currently tested for FeLV and FIV. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed prior to notification of the buyer to the seller. If a cat/kitten dies with the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death. All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer. Undesirable behavior issues (spraying, inappropriate urination, defecation, scratching furniture, etc...) developing once the kitten/cat has been turned over to the purchaser are not conditions for return or refund. Purchaser promises to give the kitten plenty of love, toys and unfailing companionship, and an occasional picture if at all possible.

This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects until it reaches one year of age. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replace ONLY if an appropriate autopsy if performed by a licensed veterinarian and a vet’s certificate is provided as a proof of cause of death. A replacement will be made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the breeder. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and seller in this transaction and is non-transferrable to other parties. Purchaser's signature indicates full understanding and agreement to the above conditions of the contract.
